Founder & Global CEO
Mav Hoeven began his career in academia before transitioning into investment commercial banking and entrepreneurship, founding over 21 companies. He is now the Founder and CEO of Fuzelo AI Inc., where he oversees a unified seven-sided AI ecosystem powered by more than 100 patents. Fuzelo’s platform integrates technologies like quantum-secure multi-AI systems, adaptive digital identity, post-quantum cryptography, scalable ANI/AGI solutions, and modular SDKs, generating revenue through over 50 applications for both businesses and consumers.
Fuzelo’s founder had taken a more difficult AI business and consumer path by building over 21 companies in 30 years, generating $2 billion in revenue and reaching 20 million customers. Resulting in approximately $200 million of global media branding and an audience of 900 million, this has resulted in a diverse business consumer AI ecosystem with more than 50 AI revenue centers.

In 2018, he consolidated consumer, technology, and business platforms into a distinctive seven-sided, technology-AI ecosystem designed to impact industries valued at $36 trillion and dominate multiple markets, with expected AI-driven revenue and growth projected within 12 to 18 months.

Over the past nine years, Mav has consolidated these assets, secured $45 million in funding, and built a network of over 45 investors. Fuzelo currently holds a pre-launch valuation exceeding $20 billion and aims to impact industries valued at $36 trillion within the next 12 to 24 months. Mav is known for engineering, one of the most comprehensive AI ecosystems in the industry.
Carla Van Der Hoeven

Carla Van Der Hoeven is the Technology Architect behind Fuzelo’s next-gen identity engine and quantum-secure consent layer. she authored Fuzelo’s foundational patents and pioneered a modular identity system.

Carla, is one of the few female founders globally to architect a full-scale AI platform from the ground up. Her leadership has shaped a portfolio of 29+ patents spanning post-quantum security, zero-knowledge proofs, biometric recovery, and offline technology for global users.
With roots in neuromarketing, international business, and humanitarian innovation, her mission is to make next-generation security and wellness technologies accessible globally, designed to serve both consumers and humanitarian missions at scale.
Michael Kocourek
Co - Founder & Domestic CEO
With over 30 years of sales experience and 23+ years in 3D motion capture technology, Mike Kocourek has held executive leadership roles at Motion Analysis Corporation, Dari Motion, and Vicon Motion Systems. He has led global sales, P&L operations, and distribution strategies, guiding startups through growth and maturity.

Mike’s domain expertise spans sports science, healthcare, AR/VR, simulation, biomechanics, and entertainment. His deep knowledge of motion capture — including wearables, markerless, and hybrid systems — is complemented by an elite international network of experts in medical, technology, education, military, and sports markets.

He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and now spearheads Fuzelo’s next-gen simulation and sensor integration strategy.
Graham Morehead
CTA/ Chief technology officer
Is a distinguished AI researcher, entrepreneur and AI university professor dedicated to solving foundational problems in artificial intelligence. With a career spanning over two decades, he has consistently operated at the intersection of advanced theory and practical application, from early work on speech recognition at Nuance to pioneering NLP systems for narrative analysis and pursuing AGI development. His technical leadership is evidenced by multiple patents in machine translation and AI systems, and a deep academic background that blends Computer Science, Physics, and Cognitive Science from institutions like Harvard, Boston University, and the University of Maine.
As a proven builder and thought leader, Graham has repeatedly founded and led technology companies—including PureCipher, Ziotag, and Pangeon—that develop novel algorithms to translate cutting-edge AI research into real-world products. His work focuses on core challenges such as machine cognition, video understanding, and creating human-like interactive systems. He currently serves as a Professor at Gonzaga University, teaching the next generation of experts in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing; aiming to advance the field of AI toward more capable, intuitive, and impactful systems.
Dr. Marvin Slepian, M.D
Chief Medical AI Officer
Dr. Marvin J. Slepian, M.D., is the Chief Medical Officer at Fuzelo, where he has advanced the company's Al medical initiatives for over 7 years. He is a Regents' Professor at the University of Arizona with MD and JD degrees, specializing in Al medicine, cardiology, biomedical engineering, medical imaging,
and materials science.
A renowned physician and inventor, Dr. Slepian has developed significant medical devices, including the only FDA-approved total artificial heart. He has published over 250 research papers and holds more than 100 patents, impacting areas like medical Al-driven wearables, Al explainability,
and legal frameworks around machine learning. Additionally, he designs defensible Al-centric intellectual property portfolios.
Dr. Slepian advises the U.S. Patent & Trade- mark Office and authors the AI and Innovation section of its annual report to the President, Con- gress, and Secretary of Commerce, underscoring his influence in healthcare and Al innovation
Dallas Webb
Senior Financial Investments
Dallas Webb has had a distinguished career in finance, serving as a Portfolio Fund Manager at BB Biotech in Zurich, Switzerland, from 2006 to 2024. In this role, he played a pivotal part in strategically positioning and actively managing a diverse range of assets in small-to-large cap technology companies. His expertise includes thorough due diligence and financial modeling, as well as involvement in key capital market transactions and offering strategic guidance to portfolio companies.
Dallas’s extensive industry engagement is highlighted by his previous role as a Board Member at Probiodrug and his advisory work with Pureos Bioventures. Prior to this, he established a strong foundation as a top-ranked equity research analyst from 2003 to 2006.

Alan Hale
Chief Legal Officer
Alan Hale is a seasoned business and intellectual property attorney at Fuzelo, bringing over 15 years of experience in advising startups and emerging companies. With a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University and a J.D. from UCLA School of Law, he expertly combines technical knowledge with legal strategy to assist founders in navigating growth, compliance, and innovation.
Alan started his career at Knobbe Martens before co-founding Chang & Hale, where he focused on serving technology and medical device companies. He now leads IntelliPat, an AI-driven patent services firm. Throughout his career, he has actively supported accelerators and startups in developing IP portfolios, structuring agreements, and managing risk.

He brings a hands-on approach across FP&A, accounting, treasury, and M&A, with a strong track record of building high-performing teams and scaling sustainable growth.
Dr. Jason Cormier MD
Senior Medical AI Neurosciences
Dr. Jason Cormier is a board-certified neurosurgeon renowned nationally for his expertise in the field. He advises Fuzelo AI Engineering in the development of Neuroadaptive AI Engine, Biometric-Brain Feedback Loops, Neurodivergent Personalization and AI Brain-State Recovery Protocols.
His clinical expertise in complex brain surgery has earned him honors as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor and a world-renowned authority on traumatic brain injury.
Dr. Cormier’s leadership extends globally through his role as the 19th President of the Society for Brain Mapping and Therapeutics. He further bridges medicine and high-stakes safety as founder and CEO of the Motorsports Safety Group, consulting for the NFL, NASCAR, and military agencies, while also advising the FDA and serving on injury prevention boards. This unique combination solidifies his position at the forefront of neurosurgical innovation and patient safety advocacy.

Theron has spent over 4 years at Fuzelo, with a career spanning more than 25 years, Theron Nelson has established himself as a foremost authority in the end-to-end supply chain.
His leadership encompasses packaging, procurement, sourcing, and logistics, where he is known for implementing strategies that enhance efficiency, free up working capital, and forge stronger, more reliable supplier partnerships.
Brian Fitzpatrick

Brian Fitzpatrick has spent over two years at Fuzelo, leveraging a career that bridges education, athletics, corporate leadership, and entrepreneurship. He began as a middle and high school teacher and undefeated varsity coach before moving into corporate roles with Xerox, Honeywell, and leadership positions in healthcare technology, advancing to regional manager, VP, and President.
