Carla Van Der Hoeven is the Chief Architect of Fuzelo’s quantum-secure identity and consent stack. A neuromarketing-trained technologist and former UN humanitarian innovator, she authored 33+ patents on post-quantum security, ZK-proof consent, biometric recovery, and offline identity rails—making her one of the very few female founders to design a full-scale AI platform from scratch.

With over 30 years of sales experience and 23+ years in 3D motion capture technology, Mike Kocourek has held executive leadership roles at Motion Analysis Corporation, Dari Motion, and Vicon Motion Systems. He has led global sales, P&L operations, and distribution strategies, guiding startups through growth and maturity.
Mike’s domain expertise spans sports science, healthcare, AR/VR, simulation, biomechanics, and entertainment. His deep knowledge of motion capture — including wearables, markerless, and hybrid systems — is complemented by an elite international network of experts in medical, technology, education, military, and sports markets.
He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and now spearheads Fuzelo’s next-gen simulation and sensor integration strategy.

Graham [Last Name] is a 20-year AI veteran whose patents in machine translation and AGI-leaning architectures trace back to early speech-recognition work at Nuance. He has since founded PureCipher, Ziotag, and Pangeon—companies that convert deep NLP and video-understanding research into commercial products—and now teaches AI, ML, and NLP at Gonzaga University.
Blending academic rigor (CS, Physics, and Cognitive Science at Harvard, BU, and UMaine) with startup execution, Graham focuses on machine cognition, narrative analysis, and human-like interactive systems, guiding the next wave of researchers while shipping real-world AI solutions.
Dr. Marvin Slepian, M.D
Chief Medical AI Officer
Dr. Marvin J. Slepian, M.D., is the Chief Medical Officer at Fuzelo, where he has advanced the company's Al medical initiatives for over 7 years. He is a Regents' Professor at the University of Arizona with MD and JD degrees, specializing in Al medicine, cardiology, biomedical engineering, medical imaging,
and materials science.
A renowned physician and inventor, Dr. Slepian has developed significant medical devices, including the only FDA-approved total artificial heart. He has published over 250 research papers and holds more than 100 patents, impacting areas like medical Al-driven wearables, Al explainability,
and legal frameworks around machine learning. Additionally, he designs defensible Al-centric intellectual property portfolios.
Dr. Slepian advises the U.S. Patent & Trade- mark Office and authors the AI and Innovation section of its annual report to the President, Con- gress, and Secretary of Commerce, underscoring his influence in healthcare and Al innovation

Dallas Webb has had a distinguished career in finance, serving as a Portfolio Fund Manager at BB Biotech in Zurich, Switzerland, from 2006 to 2024. In this role, he played a pivotal part in strategically positioning and actively managing a diverse range of assets in small-to-large cap technology companies. His expertise includes thorough due diligence and financial modeling, as well as involvement in key capital market transactions and offering strategic guidance to portfolio companies.
Dallas’s extensive industry engagement is highlighted by his previous role as a Board Member at Probiodrug and his advisory work with Pureos Bioventures. Prior to this, he established a strong foundation as a top-ranked equity research analyst from 2003 to 2006.

Alan Hale is a seasoned business and intellectual property attorney at Fuzelo, bringing over 15 years of experience in advising startups and emerging companies. With a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University and a J.D. from UCLA School of Law, he expertly combines technical knowledge with legal strategy to assist founders in navigating growth, compliance, and innovation.
Alan started his career at Knobbe Martens before co-founding Chang & Hale, where he focused on serving technology and medical device companies. He now leads IntelliPat, an AI-driven patent services firm. Throughout his career, he has actively supported accelerators and startups in developing IP portfolios, structuring agreements, and managing risk.

Dr. Cormier’s leadership extends globally through his role as the 19th President of the Society for Brain Mapping and Therapeutics.
